Storage and Shelf Life

  • Storage Temperature: 2–30°C (Do not freeze)

  • Usage after Opening: Use immediately after opening foil pouch

Test Procedure

  1. Allow all materials to reach room temperature (15–25°C) before use.

  2. Remove the test device from the foil bag and place it horizontally.

  3. Pipette 10μl of the sample into the sample hole “S”.

  4. Add 3 drops (approx. 120μl) of assay buffer into the same sample hole.

  5. Read results within 5–10 minutes. Results after 10 minutes are invalid.

Result Interpretation

  • Positive: Both C (control) and T (test) lines appear.

  • Negative: Only the C (control) line appears.

  • Invalid: No control line appears; retest with a new device.

 Important Precautions

  • Use the test immediately after opening the pouch.

  • Do not use expired kits.

  • Handle all samples as potentially infectious.

  • Results should be considered along with clinical assessments.

  • For veterinary in vitro diagnostic use only.
