• Optimized Formulation: Each liter of CLED Medium contains essential components, including:

Pancreatic digest of gelatin (4.0 g)

Beef extract (3.0 g)

Lactose (10.0 g)

L-Cystine (0.128 g)

Bromothymol blue (0.02 g)

Agar (15.0 g)

• pH Stability: Maintains a final pH of 7.3±0.2 at 25℃, supporting a conducive environment for microbial growth while inhibiting contaminants.
• Easy Preparation: Simply dissolve 36.2g of the medium in 1L of distilled water, boil to dissolve, and autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
